Paros Epiphany

Thanks to Karin for her fascinating picture: 'the Epiphany on 6 January (which ends the Christmas period) is a big day in Greece. Even our little island has a celebration....with a procession to the ferry port for the Blessing of the Water. That is when the Priest throws the cross into the sea and several young men brave the cold water to dive for it!' http://parosparadise.com/
